Santa Cruz County, CA.
PT Early Intervention Specialist (EIS) and or Behavior Interventionist: The EIS/BI will facilitate case coordination for consumers eligible for the Early Start Program and or ABA program. The EIS/BI will provide direct service for children identified as having special needs. The EIS will Interface with families and other constituents involved in the consumer’s care for planning, delivering, and evaluating interventions that address the developmental needs of the consumer. The EIS/BI will hold an associates degree (A.A./A.S.) or higher. Bilingual and bicultural therapists encouraged to apply!
Part Time Occupational Therapist (OT): The OT will provide adjunct therapy or care in addition to the initial therapy to maximize effectiveness of the consumer’s progress. The OT will assess and provide treatment for consumers to help improve their ability to complete day-to-day tasks through monitored exercises and treatment plans. In addition, OTs will help consumers improve in a variety of cognitive and physical areas. OTs will utilize a number of evidence-based techniques to help consumers overcome their disability or disorder. The OT will collaborate with the consumer’s multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, and produce reports as needed. Bilingual and bicultural therapists encouraged to apply!
Part Time Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP): The SLP will provide adjunct therapy or care in addition to the initial therapy to maximize effectiveness of the consumer’s progress. The SLP will work to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, and cognitive-communication disorders. The SLP will collaborate with the consumer’s multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, and produce reports as needed. Bilingual and bicultural therapists encouraged to apply!
