Santa Cruz County, CA.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): The BCBA position in Santa Cruz County school districts involves working with students with behavior challenges, using behavior strategies to improve social skills and behaviors. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring behavioral programs, providing behavioral support to 1:1 aides, collaborating with teachers and administrative staff, and attending IEPs. Requirements: This position must have 2 years of supervisory experience. School-district experience is preferred.

Pro Re Nata (PRN) Intervention Specialist (IS) at Scotts Valley, San Lorenzo, Soquel Union, and Live Oak school district: The PRN IS works 1:1 with students with special educational needs directly at a school site during the school’s hours (8:15 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.). You will be supported by the teacher and Behavior Specialist/BCBA. The PRN position is "as needed", which are scheduled based on fluctuating demands. The PRN IS can choose whether or not to accept offered shifts (minimum requirement of 15 weekly hours if available).

PT Early Intervention Specialist (EIS) and or Behavior Interventionist: The EIS/BI will facilitate case coordination for consumers eligible for the Early Start Program and or ABA program. The EIS/BI will provide direct service for children identified as having special needs. The EIS will Interface with families and other constituents involved in the consumer’s care for planning, delivering, and evaluating interventions that address the developmental needs of the consumer. The EIS/BI will hold an associates degree (A.A./A.S.) or higher. Bilingual and bicultural therapists encouraged to apply!
